Yeah, we all know that consuming fast food can mean saving an hour every day. But would you really trade the whole life of your health with additional an hour a day? Besides, try to eat at least five portion of vegetable a day. One portion is equal to a handful. And don’t forget about fruits too.

2.Exercise Regularly

Exercise is not only about size. Even when the appearance of your body look ideal, lack of physical activity can make you feel tired easily. You can also stave off various disease, maintain a healthy blood pressure and get rid of bad cholesterol by doing regular exercise.

3.Sleep Sufficiently

You might already know that you have to eat healthy food and exercise regularly to stay healthy. But do you know that sleeping also play a major role in keeping your healthy? Lack of sleep will increase your risk for high blood pressure, kidney disease, diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. Sleeping gives time and room for organ to regenerate. So make sure you sleep for 7 – 8 hours a day.

All the above advices may sound like a very basic thing to do. But every big achievement start with a baby step.  Just make sure that you can stick with these healthy habit and gradually increase the difficulty to reach the higher level.
