Praha Mudra

this is the mudra of life, and will balance the energy in your body, strengthen the immune system and revitalize the entire body, treat a bad eyesight, cure insomnia and is found to be beneficial for reducing the hunger pangs.

With the tips of your little and ring finger touch the tip of your thumb, and keep the other two fingers in a straight position.

Prithvi Mudra

this is the mudra of earth, because it acts perfectly when you are under a lot of stress, or just feel exhausted, because it reduces the weakness in the body, boosts the circulation of blood and aids the digestion.

Just put the tips of your ring finger and thumb together and press. The other three fingers should stand straight.

Agni Mudra

this is the mudra of fire, and will help you treat anxiety, weight issues and help with your digestion. It will also stimulate the thyroid gland.

Perform it in the morning on an empty stomach – just bend the ring finger and press it against the second phalax of the thumb. Leave the other fingers intact.

Apanu Vaya Mudra

this is the mudra of the heart and helps people who have suffered a heart attack. Join the tips of the middle, index finger and the thumb together. Hold this position for 15 minutes and perform it on a daily basis.

Gyan Mudra

this is the mudra of knowledge and increases concentration as well as memory. But, it can also help in the case of insomnia.

This is a very common mudra, just touch the tips of the thumb and the index finger and stretch out the other three fingers, but keep them a bit bend.

Varun Mudra

this is the mudra of water, if you want to regulate and increase the fluids in your body. Gently touch the tips of the thumb and the little finger, while keeping the rest of the fingers stretched out.

To prevent dehydration, make sure you dont press the nail of the little finger.

Vayu Mudra

this is the mudra of air and releases the excess air build up in the stomach. It will help with Parkinsons disease, arthritis, gout, paralysis and so on.

Hold the index finger at the base of the thumb while pressing it against the bone near the tip of the finger. The thumb should slightly press the index finger. And for the other three fingers, stretch them out.

Shunya Mudra

this mudra will help you solve your hearing problems. Bend down the middle finger, but the thumb over it, and press the bone near to the tip of the middle finger.

The other fingers are stretched out. Focus on the pain in the ears and perform this exercise until the pain goes away.
