Throughout the history, in many cultures there have been cases reported of mind influencing the matter. These phenomena are a part of the so called parapsychology, and they include telepathy, psychokinesis and so on. They are an eminent part since the ancient literature.

Thankfully, they are not just a tale, because the modern day evidence proves the contrary. Scientists have been exploring the relation between mind and matter intensively in the past century. It was established that the consciousness has observable effects on the the physical, or material world.
Note here that these effects are not visible with the eye all of the time, but they are on a more quantum level.
The most common experiment which is used to illustrate vividly the connection between the consciousness and our own physical reality is something called the quantum double slit experiment.
It shows through observation that not only disturbs what needs to be measured, but also produces it. It is not possible to take the quantum mechanics laws and consistently formulate them without ever interfering with the consciousness.
In an official CIA document the US government states that they have an intense interest in the subject of parapsychology.
They even led a program about it which was not known to the public for two decades. Another program such as this one allowed the government to study specific people with special abilities in order to find out more about this curious topic.
The brief outline of the document states that this project was formed in 1979, and it was all because of a Chinese journal who posted an article about the exceptional human body functions.
A year later, in 1980, this same journal held a conference with the top 20 highest ranked research institutes about this exact subject. Another year later, in 1981, children with exceptional abilities were studied by known scholars.
In 1982, when the conference was held again, the scholars, upon their findings were certain about the paranormal activities with their subjects, but there was still insufficient evidence to back this up. The same year, a joint trial was held, but the results were negative, except for a few, and one of them was Zhang Baosheng.
In 1983, he had some tests done on him by top scientists and when the results came in positive of an abnormal activity, in 1984 he was taken to be a full time subject in the military run psi research team.
But, what was Zhang Baosheng able to do? One of the things he could do best is move around objects in and out of sealed containers.
Upon his first six months of research, scientists took a small test with bits of paper put in a sealed test tube.
Even though there were cameras from different angles and the scientists themselves were watching, he managed to get the bits of paper out of the tube within minutes. He went on moving bigger objects around and even insects.
As it turns out, Zhang was not the only one. Apparently, there are some so called gifted children who are able to move things around, things that have previously not been touched by anyone.
These are all exceptional cases which had to be further reviewed before shown to the public eye. It is difficult to review most of these cases because they are all written in Chinese and it takes a lot of time to translate them.
However, they can simply be explained as a human consciousness phenomenon that somehow can enter into the fourth dimension without any obstacles.
Furthermore, there are some Chinese practitioners who develop and maintain the power of Qi. This is an energy which goes under the control of the mind. It is so powerful that it can even make plants grow.
When you project this energy, within 20 minutes or so you can make seeds sprout for about 3-4 inches. It is an amazing sight.
Qi is believed to be everywhere on the Earth. You either know how to control it or not. Regardless if you decide to believe in these cases or not, they are definitely worth studying.
What does all of this mean? It clearly means that there are some humans with super normal abilities and that the CIA have already found them and conducted some further researches upon them.
These revelations do not only prove that the super humans exist, but they are also proof that the mainstream science cannot further investigate them.
The scientific research of exceptional human bodies was rejected, but the subjects maintained their current positions, being only available to a closed group of scientists and researchers.
Think about it, why is this so? Why the results of these humans with exceptional abilities are allowed to only a few, and not all of the people? Would the results scare us?
This is so called a world of secrecy, where the findings and information about these subjects are unknown and hidden from the mainstream world.
These records do not exist publicly, but they do exist. There are also thousands of proofs which show how millions and billions of dollars are used to fund these projects, and they are all unaccounted for.
It is so ironic that the US would bring to a devastating war, and promote democracy in the same time, when there are literally trillions of dollars spent on projects which are hidden from the commander in chief and the congress too.
We are seriously talking about a large sums of money and programs they know nothing of. There have been congressional inquiries which have noted how billions and trillions of dollars have simply gone missing from the federal reserve system. How would you explain that?
