For the making of this recipe you will need one cup of instant oatmeal, two cups of pineapple chunks, 7 gr of cinnamon, one cup of fresh orange juice, 40 grams of crushed almonds, 40 gr of honey and 250 ml water.

Firstly, you should cook your oats. Stir them well in the orange juice. Then, add them in your blender, along with all the other ingredients and blend it until it is smooth. If you prever your smoothie to be cold, you canadd a couple of ice cubes too. Enjoy!
