What youre going to need is 125 grams of horseradish, 2 cm of fresh ginger, three tablespoons of honey, 4 lemons and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon. Blend the horseradish and the ginger using a food processor.

Squeeze out the juice from the lemons and add it to the ginger and horseradish. Mix all of that up for a few more minutes. Then, add the cinnamon and the honey and mix it all up until you create a syrup.

Take the mixture and store it in a jar. Here is how you should consume it – one teaspoon of it, twice a day, before your training or before a meal, for the next three weeks.

Now, lets explain something about the ingredients you may find a bit strange. First, what is horseradish? The horseradish can be found extremely useful for a persons health.

It can eliminate the bacteria that leads to salmonella, tuberculosis, dysentery, and plenty of other parasites that travel through a human body.

It can improve your digestion by stimulating the creation of pancreatic juices and enzymes. This root vegetable is extremely beneficial for the heart, circulation and liver, and is proved to be an excellent diuretic that helps against the rheumatism.

Moreover, it helps with respiratory problems, the common flu, and any urinary tract infections. Finally, it improves your metabolism, reduces the fatigue and stimulates the beneficial gut bacteria production.

It is low in calories and fat but high in vitamins, dietary fiber, antioxidants and minerals. It contains some of the essential minerals such as potassium, sodium, magnesium, copper, iron, zinc and manganese.

The horseradish has anti inflammatory and nerve soothing properties. It is quite abundant in Vitamin C, meaning that it can boost your immune system and fight against viral infections and diseases.

And in addition to all of this, it eliminates the harmful free radicals, lowering the risk of cancer, infections and inflammation.

Secondly, we have the ginger. Why is it so beneficial? Well, much like the horseradish, the ginger contains bio active compounds and nutrients that account for the positive effects on the brain and body.

The ginger contains one extremely powerful compound, called gingerol, making its antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties rise.

This is a spice that is perfect for when you have nausea and vomiting after a surgery, or if you are undergoing a chemotherapy. It can be especially helpful for when you are pregnant as well, it reduces the morning sickness.
