Dieting and Autism Seem to be Related After All

These are extremely addictive proteins, mostly because they produce stimulating effects for the brain which cause many to feel a trance-like state.

So, when it comes to the autism, these two compounds are improperly digested by the system and so, they create variety of issues, starting with interference with the function of the brain.

This can lead to issues with the gut bacteria, further spawning into rashes, food intolerance and even hyperactivity.

This is why you need to make sure you always avoid these foods filled with casein and gluten: pizza, yogurt, regular pasta, bread, cereals and processed granola bars, whole grain products, fast foods, candy, flour, cookies, instant oatmeal, cakes, cheese, milk, any foods with natural flavors, sour cream, regular cream, ice cream.

As you probably already noticed, most of these foods are consumed by kids every day. The parents are always in a bad position when they have to seek alternatives for these products, especially if their children grew up surrounded by this kind of food, for an example if they consumed it in a public school.

This is the main reason why it is extremely important to start teaching children to love and eat fresh fruits and veggies, and opt for natural foods instead of artificial ones, for the sake of their health and in order to avoid any form of contamination.

And, how can you be sure that your child is affected by these proteins? With children who have autism, it is very easy to see the effects these proteins have on them.

Simply remove these ingredients and notice how the symptoms of autism slowly decrease. When children consume these ingredients, their condition seems to just get worse.

And when it comes to unsweetened products, sugar should be mostly avoided. It can trigger some negative reactions in the brain and can have a negative effect on the mood, focus and attention span of the child.

A short list of the products you should definitely give to your child is the wild fish, fruits, vegetables, if tolerated, gluten free grains, lentils, peas, beans, chickpeas, homemade smoothies including greens, fruits, avocado, raw nuts and seeds and non-dairy milk, banana ice cream instead of regular ice cream.

It is best to avoid the allergenic foods such as eggs, soy and peanuts.

Aside from this particular dieting plan, the enzymes and digestion should also be considered.
