In the moments where you’ve experienced a panic attack, anxiety attack or you just think that you’re going to faint at any moment, you’ve probably felt confused and had no idea what to do.

Well, you must know that this is quite a common feeling, and in most of the cases is not considered dangerous at all. It may be a sign of a serious heart disease or abnormality, caused by a lot of anxiety or stress, but it may be nothing serious too.
What you probably did not know is that you can treat this issue with acupuncture. This way the flow of blood will be better and your whole body will be relaxed.
The most common stress relieving point is called the sea of tranquillity, and it is found right between the breasts, three thumbs up from where the lower part of the bone ends.
If you apply some pressure on this point with your thumb and keep it like that for about a minute or two, your entire body will be fully relaxed from all the stress and anxiety you’ve been experiencing.
With this method you can calm down the hysteria, depression, and any emotional imbalance. It helps dealing with a sore throat, asthma and a heavy cough.
Another very powerful point on our bodies is the pressure point where the third eye is found, just right between the eyebrows.
To stimulate this point, apply small pressure on it and close your eyes. Hold this position for about one minute. Breathe slow, equal and deep breaths.
This is the only way to calm down your entire body yourself, to soothe the symptoms of an anxiety attack, and to help if you are dealing with insomnia, eye issues, dizziness, congested nasal issue or a simple headache.
