- In order to get rid of the gallstones, you should consume four glasses of apple juice for five days. The consumption of this juice will help you to soften the gallstones. In case you don’t like apple juice, you should eat at least 5 apples a day. During these five days, you should eat normally.
- Then, on the sixth day, you should skip the dinner. On this day at 18 o’clock, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt with a glass of warm water. At 20 o’clock, repeat the same. The Epsom salt will open the gallbladder ducts.
